Object Lessons to Use at Home

Week #2 of Quarantine  In our Wednesday night activity, we learned a couple object lessons. I will attach instructions for the lessons we taught, plus some additional ones. You could use any of these in a FHE or another event. Some require adult supervision and most have alternatives for teaching the same principle. Many of these I used on mission. At-Home Scavenger Hunt

Week #1 of Quarantine We were not sure how many young women would show up or how this would work. This is a great activity if you are figuring out how to meet virtually. Compile a list of items that you would typically find in any home and list off an item one at a time. The youth will then run around trying to find something that matches to show the rest of the group. It was pretty fun and some got competitive. To switch it up after a few items in, I had each girl list off an item to find. I will include the list that we used.  Rules: You cannot reuse an item. Siblings participating are encouraged to find their own item, but are not required.  -Teddy Bear -Salt and Pepper Shaker -Anything Christmas related -Cookie Cutter -Book of Mormon -Something Blue -Anything Star Wars -Something Fuzzy
